Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n \n Authorised Use of the Vehicle<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
\n
\n

The vehicle may only be driven by persons over 21 years of age who have held a valid driving licence for at least two years (2 \u00d7 365 days).
Under no circumstances may the vehicle be driven or used:<\/p>

  1. by a person who is not designated in the Rental Agreement as the Renter, Driver or Additional Driver;<\/li>
  2. by a person under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, narcotics, sleeping medication or any other medication that may impair driving ability;<\/li>
  3. for the paid transportation of passengers or goods;<\/li>
  4. outside the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina without the Lessor\u2019s prior written consent;<\/li>
  5. for participation in sporting competitions, speed trials or races;<\/li>
  6. to propel or tow any vehicle, trailer, object or other item;<\/li>
  7. when the vehicle is not roadworthy or is overloaded with passengers or luggage; or<\/li>
  8. in violation of any applicable laws or regulations relating to the use, loading or condition of the vehicle, or for any unlawful purpose.<\/li><\/ol>

    The above restrictions are cumulative and do not exclude one another. Any costs, fines or penalties incurred as a result of failure to comply with these restrictions shall be charged to the Renter, regardless of any insurance coverage purchased. The Lessor shall bear no liability in such circumstances.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Vehicle Pick-Up and Return<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    The Renter shall collect the vehicle in technically sound and roadworthy condition and return it in the same condition in which it was received, except for normal wear and tear, at the exact time and location specified in the Rental Agreement.\n\nThe Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Renter due to a delay in delivering the vehicle.\n\nWhere special cleaning of the vehicle is required for any reason, the associated cost shall be charged to the Renter.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Extension of the Rental Period<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    Where the Renter wishes to extend the rental period, the Renter must notify the Lessor, or the Lessor\u2019s representative who rented out the vehicle, at least one day or 24 hours in advance and enter into a new Rental Agreement.\n\nOtherwise, the Renter shall be deemed to have unlawfully retained the vehicle, and the Lessor shall notify the competent authorities.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Mileage<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    Short-term Rental Agreements include unlimited mileage.\n\nFor long-term Rental Agreements, the permitted mileage shall be specified in the relevant Rental Agreement.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Fuel<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    The Renter shall collect and return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.\n\nWhere the vehicle is returned without a full tank, the Renter shall be charged for the amount of fuel required to refill the tank in accordance with the Lessor\u2019s applicable price list.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Vehicle Maintenance<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    The Renter is required to treat the rented vehicle with due care and attention.\n\nWhenever the vehicle is left unattended, the Renter must ensure that it is properly locked, all windows are closed and the vehicle documents remain in the Renter\u2019s possession and are not left inside the vehicle.<\/p>

    The Renter is required to regularly check the engine, engine oil, coolant, battery and tyre pressure.\n\nThe Renter is required to arrange an engine oil change every 10,000 kilometres exclusively at the Lessor\u2019s authorised service centre. The Renter shall be liable for all damage caused by inadequate or improper vehicle maintenance.<\/p>

    Where the vehicle reaches the mileage at which scheduled maintenance is required during the rental period, the Renter must notify the Lessor and bring the vehicle exclusively to the Lessor\u2019s authorised service centre.\n\nThe Renter shall not bear the cost of scheduled maintenance carried out outside the Lessor\u2019s service centre where the Renter has obtained the Lessor\u2019s prior written consent for such maintenance.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Breakdowns and Repairs<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    All repairs and replacements of vehicle parts may be carried out exclusively at service centres authorised by the Lessor.\n\nWhere repairs or replacements are carried out without authorisation, the Renter shall be liable for any resulting damage.<\/p>

    Where any vehicle part is replaced without authorisation or is lost, the Renter shall be charged compensation equal to three times the market value of the relevant part.<\/p>

    Where a breakdown occurs as a result of the Renter\u2019s negligence or lack of due care, the Renter shall bear the cost of repairs and any resulting loss of income suffered by the Lessor.<\/p>

    Where the rented vehicle is no longer roadworthy due to a breakdown, the Renter must take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage and immediately notify the Lessor.<\/p>

    The Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Renter as a result of a vehicle breakdown occurring during the rental period.\n\nExcept for the actions expressly permitted under this section, the Renter is not authorised to make any modifications or alterations to the vehicle.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Documents<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    The Renter shall receive the vehicle together with all required documentation.\n\nWhere the Renter loses any vehicle document, key, registration plate or similar item, the Renter shall be charged the resulting costs in accordance with the Lessor\u2019s applicable price list.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

    \n \n Additional Vehicle Insurance<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
    \n
    \n

    All vehicles belonging to the Lessor are covered by third-party liability insurance.<\/p>

    Additional insurance shall under no circumstances cover:<\/p>

    1. damage caused intentionally or through negligence;<\/li>
    2. theft where the Renter is unable to provide the vehicle keys and vehicle documentation, particularly the vehicle registration document;<\/li>
    3. any damage to or loss of the vehicle that has not been reported to the competent police authority or for which no official police report exists;<\/li>
    4. damage to tyres;<\/li>
    5. damage to the vehicle undercarriage, transmission, clutch, interior or windscreen caused by driver negligence;<\/li>
    6. engine damage caused by insufficient oil, the use of an incorrect type of fuel or negligent use of the vehicle;<\/li>
    7. damage caused by a driver under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances;<\/li>
    8. damage caused by an unauthorised driver; or<\/li>
    9. any vehicle damage that has not been reported to the competent police authority.<\/li><\/ol>

      In all the above circumstances, the Renter shall be charged for the full amount of the damage, up to the total value of the vehicle, together with any loss of income arising from the relevant incident.
      In the event of any damage, traffic accident or vehicle theft, the Renter must immediately notify the Lessor and report the incident to the competent police authority.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Additional Passenger Insurance<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      For an additional daily charge, in accordance with the applicable insurance price list, passengers may be insured up to the amount specified in the insurance policy in the event of death or disability resulting from an accident involving the rented vehicle.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Damage<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      The Renter shall be liable for any loss of or damage to the vehicle caused intentionally, through negligence or as a result of failure to comply with the Rental Agreement or these General Terms and Conditions.\n\nThe Renter shall be required to compensate the Lessor for all such damage and any resulting loss of income, up to the full value of the vehicle, unless such liability has been reduced or waived through the purchase of the relevant insurance coverage for an additional daily charge in accordance with the Lessor\u2019s applicable insurance price list.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Loss of Property<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      The Lessor shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of property belonging to the Renter or any other person that is stored or transported in or on the rented vehicle, a replacement or service vehicle, or within the Lessor\u2019s business premises.\n\nBy signing the Rental Agreement, the Renter expressly waives any claim for compensation against the Lessor in connection with such damage or loss.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Subletting<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      The Renter is not permitted to sublet or otherwise make the rented vehicle available to another person unless the Renter has obtained the Lessor\u2019s express prior written authorisation.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Payment<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      Vehicles are rented at a daily rate in accordance with the applicable price list. One rental day means a period of 24 hours from the time the Rental Agreement is concluded.\n\nWhere the Renter is an individual, payment shall be made exclusively by credit card, unless the Lessor approves another payment method.\n\nWhen the Rental Agreement is signed and the vehicle is collected, a pre-authorisation shall be placed on the Renter\u2019s credit card.\n\nAt the end of the rental period, where the rental has not been paid in advance, the Lessor shall charge the rental price and all additional costs by completing the relevant credit card transaction.<\/p>

      In addition to the rental price, the Renter is required to pay all other costs for which the Renter is responsible under these General Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Lessor\u2019s applicable price list.<\/p>

      By signing the Rental Agreement, the Renter agrees that the Lessor may charge the Renter\u2019s credit card or another approved payment method for the cost of any repairs, breakdowns, losses or damage discovered within 24 hours after the vehicle has been returned, where the Renter failed to notify the Lessor of such matters in accordance with the vehicle return procedure.\n\nThe Lessor is also authorised to charge, in the same manner, the cost of all traffic offences, parking fines and other penalties incurred during the rental period, together with any applicable administrative or processing fees.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Inspection and Repossession of the Vehicle<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      The Lessor has the right to inspect any vehicle at any time.\n\nWhere it is established that the Renter has breached any provision of the Rental Agreement or these General Terms and Conditions, the Lessor shall be entitled to repossess the vehicle and terminate the Rental Agreement immediately.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Personal Data<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      Copies of the Renter\u2019s identification documents shall form a mandatory attachment to the Rental Agreement.<\/p>

      The Renter provides personal data voluntarily, and such data shall be used for the Lessor\u2019s business purposes.\n\nThe Renter authorises the use of their personal data for the Lessor\u2019s marketing activities.\n\nWith the Renter\u2019s prior consent, the Lessor may request that the Renter leave one of their original identification documents with the Lessor for the duration of the rental period.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Amendments<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      Any amendments or additions to the Rental Agreement or these General Terms and Conditions shall be valid only if made in writing.<\/p>

      Where any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, the Rental Agreement or the General Terms and Conditions as a whole.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

      \n \n Warranties and Liability for Payment<\/span>\n \n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/svg><\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/button>\n \n
      \n
      \n

      The Renter confirms that the minimum age requirements for operating a motor vehicle have been satisfied, warrants that all information provided is accurate and accepts the jurisdiction of the competent court in Sarajevo in the event of a legal dispute.<\/p>

      By signing the Rental Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions, the Renter agrees that the following persons shall be liable for the payment of all costs arising under the Rental Agreement:<\/p>

      1. The Renter<\/li>
      2. The Driver, where the Renter refuses to pay all or part of an amount due under the Rental Agreement<\/li>
      3. The Additional Driver, where both the Renter and the Driver refuse to pay all or part of an amount due under the Rental Agreement<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
