Can I return the vehicle before the scheduled return date?

Yes, you can return the vehicle before the scheduled return date with prior notice. In that case, we will refund the price difference for the remaining unused rental days.

How late can I return the vehicle without an additional charge?

A grace period of two hours is permitted. After this period, an additional rental day will be charged.

Can someone other than the main driver return the vehicle?

Yes, but that person must be listed in the rental agreement as an additional driver.

Where can I check which type of fuel the vehicle requires?

The required fuel type is stated in the rental agreement and the vehicle documents. You can also find the fuel type indicated on the inside of the fuel filler flap.

What should I do if I lose the key, vehicle documents or registration plate?

In this case, you must contact our rental office immediately so that we can take the necessary steps and help you continue your journey as soon as possible.

Do I need to call the police if the vehicle is damaged?

You must contact the police and notify the rental office immediately.

What should I do if the vehicle breaks down or gets a flat tyre?

In this case, please contact the rental office. Be sure to pay attention to any warning lights or messages displayed on the vehicle’s instrument panel and consult the owner’s manual located in the glove compartment.

What is the procedure if the vehicle breaks down abroad?

You must contact our rental office using the designated emergency contact numbers.
