You can pay by credit or debit card, in cash using the local currency BAM, or by bank transfer when this option is specified during the reservation process.

A credit card serves as security for the rental payment. When the vehicle is collected, an amount corresponding to your liability is pre-authorised on the credit card. The amount depends on the selected protection package. Depending on the bank, it may take up to 30 days for the reserved funds to be released.

Yes. The security deposit can be provided either in cash or by credit card.

Purchasing an additional insurance package does not limit or exclude the renter’s liability in any other circumstances prescribed by applicable laws, insurance regulations, or rules governing the loss of insurance coverage.

Furthermore, the insurance packages listed below do not exclude or limit liability for damage to the vehicle caused by war, civil unrest, or rebellion. They also do not cover the loss of or damage to additional or mandatory vehicle equipment, keys, or vehicle documents.

Under no circumstances do the additional insurance packages limit or exclude the renter’s liability for damage caused to third parties or their property.

BASIC Package - The BASIC package is included in the rental price.

Under this package, the renter is liable for vehicle damage costs up to a maximum amount of BAM 1,000, provided that all agreed terms, procedures, and clearly defined requirements forming part of the Rental Agreement and published on our company’s website have been fully complied with at the time the damage occurred.

The renter is also liable for costs of up to BAM 1,000 in the event of theft or attempted theft of the vehicle. This package does not cover damage to or destruction of tyres, wheel rims, wheel covers, the underside of the vehicle, windows or other glass surfaces, including the panoramic roof.

PLUS Package - Under the PLUS package, the renter is liable for vehicle damage costs up to a maximum amount of BAM 500, provided that all agreed terms, procedures, and clearly defined requirements forming part of the Rental Agreement and published on our company’s website have been fully complied with at the time the damage occurred.

The renter is also liable for costs of up to BAM 500 in the event of theft or attempted theft of the vehicle.

This package does not cover damage to or destruction of tyres, wheel rims, wheel covers, the underside of the vehicle, windows or other glass surfaces, including the panoramic roof.

RELAX Package - The RELAX package covers the full cost of damage resulting from a traffic accident, theft, or attempted theft of the vehicle, regardless of the total amount of the damage. Coverage applies exclusively when all agreed terms, procedures, and clearly defined requirements stated in the Rental Agreement and published on our company’s website have been fully complied with at the time of the accident, theft, or attempted theft.

This package also covers damage to or destruction of tyres, wheel rims, wheel covers, the underside of the vehicle, windows or other glass surfaces, including the panoramic roof.

If you do not have an additional protection package, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit according to the damage price list applicable to your vehicle category.
